MCV Valved Series

The MCV valved series enables the user to connect and disconnect the plug and socket without having to discharge the air from the pneumatic machinery. The internal shut off valves within the socket close as the two halves are unscrewed. The MCV series of multi-tube air connectors are manufactured predominantly from Black Acetal and are supplied as two individual halves.

Dustcaps
Pneu-Therm’s pneumatic connectors
Dustcaps are primarily designed to prevent the ingress of the internal parts of the connector whilst disconnected. We generally recommend that dust caps are fitted to connectors if they are to be left disconnected for any period of time. Dust caps are generally manufactured from either Black PVC or Black Acetal plastic.

Flo-shAir Connector
Pneu-Therm’s pneumatic connectors
Our new range of Flo-shAIR connectors are designed to further simplify connections by offering one feed line in, with multiple lines out, thereby allowing one feed to connect to several outlets simultaneously.
These connectors are suitable for panel mounting and come equipped with a locking back ring to secure the connector to the application. Protective dust caps are available and tube socks, which can be fitted to various types of conduit and enables the tubing to be routed through machinery safely are also available.
